It’s another digital detox day tomorrow so there will not be a zoom call in the morning and we don’t expect you to be posting your work on Seesaw.

We just want to say a final well done and huge thank you for all the hard work and effort you have put in to your home learning over the last two months. We know it hasn’t been easy at all and we really appreciate everything you all have done – parents, children, siblings – everyone who has helped out in any way!

English: As it is Wold Book Day, we have some activities for you to do which are based around, yes you’ve guessed it, reading !! Watch the video to listen to the story then complete the activities 🙂

Phonics: Today we will be learning the grapheme ‘ue’. It can make two different sounds and we are going to explore these 🙂

Reminder for when we return to school on Monday: We will be doing PE on Wednesdays so could you make sure that your PE kits are brought into school with you on Monday please? 🙂 If you did not take your PE kit home with you before the half term, it will need to be taken home from school on Monday, washed and then brought back again ready for your PE lesson on Wednesday. Thank you!

Tuesday Tues GIF by Justin

A super well done for your fantastic work yesterday. We are so excited to get back into the classroom very soon!

Here are your activities for today:

English: Yesterday, you researched some of your favourite animals and drew some pictures to show us some things about them. Today, we would like you to use the planning format to plan your fact file of your chosen animal now that you have researched it! This will make it easier for when we start writing them.

Phonics: Today we will be practising the grapheme ‘ir’. Let’s have a look at activities for today’s phonics!

Maths: There is no worksheet today but we would like you to watch the video and practise counting in 5’s!

PE: Have a watch of the video and see if you can have a go at copying these fun exercises using some things around your house.

Lexia: Take some time this afternoon to go onto Lexia and work your way through the levels.

We are looking forward to seeing all of your wonderful work again today 🙂
