Children from Year 6 who have shown a passion for science during their time at Lawford Mead went on an inspiring trip to Christ College at Cambridge University. They visited the library used by Charles Darwin and the room he stayed in whilst studying. The children loved their Darwin topic in the Spring term and were excited to walk in his footsteps and hold letters written by the great man himself. We wonder which of these children might study at Cambridge themselves one day!
