Watch the video clips of Children of Winter, write a summary about the key events. You can also do the reading comprehension activity below.

English:

This week we have been we have been looking at writing a Diary Entry from the perspective of Catherine. Watch the video clip above from 4:10 to 8:50 then use the planning grid to plan a diary entry (one section is one paragraph).

Once you have planned a diary entry using the above skills you can then write it.

Maths:

This week we have been looking at using short division. Watch the videos below then complete each activity

Today’s Learning 11/1/22

In English we wrote a recount of our Memorable Experience last week when we had a visitor come in and talk to us about the Middle Ages.

Write about something that you did over the break, it could be what you did on Christmas Day or a trip you went on. You can use the template below to write on, or just write on lined paper.

In Maths, we continued looking at area.
