Back to it!

I hope you all enjoyed your half term break.

Remote learning is continuing for now, so there will be another assembly video on Friday. Which means there is another chance for children to get a mention if you leave a comment to nominate them for showing our school values at home.

I know getting back to remote learning after the break may be tough so I hope the chance of a nomination and ‘shout out’ in the assembly will help to motivate the children.

Leave your comment below by Thursday lunchtime this week.

Thank you,

Mr Poyton

Snow Pressure!

Well, we don’t see weather like this too often do we?! Our Zooms are still happening today and the remote learning content is all on the blogs and Tapestry for you. BUT, please do make the most of the snow! Some of our younger pupils will barely remember seeing snow like this in their lifetime! Playing in the snow can inspire some great writing and art too!

Remember that this Friday is our ‘Digital Detox Day’ so we plan to get the assembly video out on Thursday so you don’t have to be on screens on Friday. Find out more about DDD in recent newsletters.

That does mean you need to get your nominations for assembly video award shout outs into the comments below by WEDNESDAY afternoon this week!

Mr Poyton

p.s. We’d love to see your best snowmen and snow angels on Seesaw and Tapestry!
